Refreshing iced After Dinner Mints tea takes summer refreshment to the next level, any time of day. Add the sweet burst of juicy blackberries and the tongue-tingling fizz of sparkling water? Ahhhhhh-mazing!

Place the tea bags in a heat proof bowl or pitcher and pour over 3 cups of boiling water. Stir in honey to sweeten, if you fancy.
Pop the tea envelopes in the recycling, while you’re at it.
Cool the tea to room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour, or until cold.
To serve, divide the Blackberries between 4 serving glasses and squidge them up with the back of a spoon. Then, top with ice until the glass is half-full (the only way we optimists see it!)
Remove the tea bags (remember, you can compost them!), then divide the chilled tea between the glasses.
Top off with sparkling water and garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.
