How to prepare our calming Camomile Lavender Latte

RECIPE:

DEGREE OF DIFFICULTY: Easy

PREPARATION TIME: 10 mins

INGREDIENTS:

2 Clipper Snore and Peace teabags

1 cup water

2 cups milk, or plant-based milk

Pinch of ground cardamom

2 tsp raw honey

Directions:

Bring 1 cup water to boil in a saucepan. Yes, a saucepan, not a kettle.

Add 2 teabags, reduce the heat and simmer gently on medium for 4-5 mins.

Remove from heat and steep for another 3 mins for a bold flavor. Squeeze out the teabags and toss in the compost bin.

Place the milk, cardamom, and honey in a microwave-proof glass pitcher and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes until steaming. Do not allow the milk to boil.

Combine the tea with the milk and honey pour into two mugs.

*For a foamy treat, froth 1/3 of warm milk with a milk frother and spoon atop each mug.
