How To Make the Perfect Summer Iced Tea

Summer has finally arrived, and not a moment too soon if you ask us.  We’re toasting to sundrenched days and shady afternoons spent cooling off with that distinctly American beverage, iced tea. We’ll be drinking Clipper by the pitcher all season long and hope you will too!

The Perfect Iced Tea for in the Summer

Strawberry Fields

A tasty tisane for the summer months? This iced cuppa is ripe for the picking. Brew a pitcher, breathe in the fruity aroma, and drink in the fresh flavors of the berry patch.

How to make 1 Pitcher

Ingredients

8 cups filtered water, divided in half
6 individual Strawberry & elder flower teabags

  1. First, place tea bags in a heat safe pitcher or bowl.
  2. Now, put the kettle on. Bring four cups of filtered water to a boil and pour over tea bags. (Do remember to recycle the wrappers and tags!)
  3. Steep for 10 minutes, then remove tea bags and put them in the compost bin.
  4. Add four cups of chilled filtered water. Give it a stir.
  5. To serve, pour over ice as-is or sweeten it up with simple syrup to taste. Garnish with a sprig of mint if you fancy!

Try it yourself!

Pull out the pitchers and get brewing in the months ahead!
